| CONWAY CHRISTIAN SCHOOL FINE ARTS PROGRAM 2006-2007 |
Music is important in a child’s life. It helps develop discipline, teaches how to set and achieve goals, and develops lifetime skills that can be used individually and in a group. More importantly, music is a way to worship and praise our God (there are over 200 scripture references directing us to make music unto the Lord!) Included in the curriculum at CCS are music education classes for K-4 through 5th grade, and music appreciation for 9th grade. In addition, other ensembles and lessons are available here at the school, offering high quality and convenience to further your child’s music education. Please consider which of there “extra” classes your child may have an interest, and REGISTER for them during ORIENTATION in the GYM. Vocal and instrumental ensembles and choirs have no extra fees: private and group lessons have monthly charges.
